At SIFAA, we stand behind our product 100%. If you're not completely satisfied, we make it easy to return or exchange.

✅ 7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy on all SIFAA shower filters from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be in original condition and packaging
  • Used cartridges are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
  • Proof of purchase required

🔄 How To Return

  1. Contact us at sifaasolutions@gmail.com or WhatsApp within 7 days
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll arrange a pickup or provide a drop-off address
  4. Refund processed within 5–7 business days after item received

🔁 Replacement & Exchange

If your SIFAA filter arrives damaged or defective, we'll send a free replacement immediately — no need to return the damaged item. Just send us a photo via WhatsApp or email sifaasolutions@gmail.com.

💰 Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer within 5–7 business days.
